AXCI アカウント削除について
If you would like to request deletion of your AXCI account, please use one of the following methods.
AXCIのアカウント削除を希望される場合は、以下のいずれかの方法で申請してください。
How to request deletion / 削除申請方法
- Submit a request through the in-app "Contact Us" feature.
- Email us at contact@axci.ai.
- Please include the email address associated with your account for verification.
アプリ内の「お問い合わせ」またはメール（contact@axci.ai）よりご申請ください。申請時には、本人確認のため登録メールアドレスなどの情報をご記載ください。
What will be deleted / 削除対象となるデータ
- Account information / アカウント情報
- Profile information / プロフィール情報
- Saved settings and usage history / 保存された設定情報・利用履歴
- Account-associated scan or grading-related data / アカウントに紐づくスキャン・鑑定関連データ
What may be retained / 保持される可能性があるデータ
- Records required for legal compliance / 法令遵守のため必要な記録
- Records necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and security purposes / 不正防止、紛争対応、セキュリティ維持のため必要な記録
- Certain billing, payment, or support records where retention is necessary / 請求、決済、お問い合わせ対応に関して保持が必要な記録
Retention period / 保持期間
Data is retained only for as long as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, after which it will be deleted or anonymized.
保持が必要なデータは、法令上または正当な業務上必要な期間に限って保持し、その後削除または匿名化します。
Processing time / 処理目安
We will review and process deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying the request.
削除申請は、内容確認および本人確認の後、合理的な期間内に対応します。
Important / 注意事項
- Deleted accounts may not be recoverable. / 削除後はアカウントを復元できない場合があります。
- Some information may be retained where required by law. / 法令上必要な情報は一部保持される場合があります。
