How to request deletion
Request deletion in either of the following ways. To make sure we verify the request, please use the email address registered to your account.
- 1.In the app: open your profile and use “Contact Us.”
- 2.By email: contact@axci.ai
What we delete
When your account is deleted, we remove the account information, profile details, saved settings, usage history, and the scan and grading data linked to your account.
What may be retained
We may retain certain records required for legal compliance, as well as data needed for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, and billing or support. Such information is kept only for as long as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Processing time
Once we have verified your request, we will review and process it within a reasonable timeframe.
Before you delete
- •A deleted account may not be recoverable.
- •Some information that is required by law may remain in our systems.
