We may disclose personal information to vendors, contractors, and service providers that help us operate the Service, including providers of hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, attribution, authentication, communications, customer support, security, fraud prevention, and engineering tools.
7.2 Legal and Safety Disclosures
We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, respond to government requests, protect our rights, property, systems, or users, investigate fraud, abuse, copyright complaints, or security issues, or prevent harm.
7.3 Business Transfers
We may disclose or transfer personal information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, reorganization, bankruptcy, or similar transaction.
7.4 With Your Direction
We may disclose personal information where you direct us to do so or where you otherwise consent.
8. Retention of Personal Information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary and proportionate for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
8.1 Account Information
We generally retain account information for up to 1 year after account deletion, unless longer retention is needed for legal, fraud prevention, or security purposes.
8.2 Original Uploaded Images
We retain original uploaded images for a period determined by operational, legal, support, and security needs.
8.3 Search Display Images
If an image used for search display is removed at your request, or if the original image or account is deleted, we will first de-index or hide the image as promptly as reasonably practicable. We generally remove the active search-display copy within 60 days. Backup copies are generally overwritten or deleted within 180 days.
8.4 Training / Evaluation Data
If content is deleted or an account is deleted, we stop using that content for future training, evaluation, and new uses. We generally remove or disable such content in active training or evaluation datasets within 180 days. This does not require immediate removal from backups, logs, fraud prevention records, aggregate statistics, or already-trained models.
8.5 Logs and Technical Data
We generally retain logs and technical records for up to 1 year, unless a longer period is necessary for security, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.
8.6 Support Information
We retain support communications for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, document, and resolve the matter, and for related legal or operational purposes.

We may process personal information outside the United States where we or our service providers operate.
We use contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information when it is processed by service providers on our behalf.

This may include:
- •technical processing such as cropping, resizing, metadata removal, or watermarking;
- •selecting certain images for model training, evaluation, and testing; and
- •displaying selected images in an anonymized and processed form within in-app card search functionality.
If you request removal of an image from in-app search display, we will take appropriate action as promptly as reasonably practicable.
Deletion of content or an account will stop future training, evaluation, and new search-display uses of that content, subject to technical limitations and the continued existence of already-trained models, aggregate data, logs, fraud prevention records, and backups.
